VTC provides post-commissioning services to assist airports and airlines with operational contingencies during system burn-in.  When a system goes live, some processes and contingencies that seemed to work in theory may need to be refined in practice.  Programming that worked perfectly during testing may need refinement as well.  Having experienced personnel on site to assist in the direction of operations and programming resources and to document modifications needed, can ease the transition from project to operational system.
