Witnessing the demonstration of the controls system software, sortation, and maintenance diagnostic software and hardware at the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and making recommendations
Coordinating and assisting with TSA’s Site Acceptance Test (SAT) for security screening equipment
Assisting the BHS OEM in testing the system’s functions for proper operations
Conducting/observing the following BHS OEM tests to determine component/system readiness for next phase of testing:
Static Testing
Dynamic Testing
Functional Testing
Certifying that the BHS/EDS system is ready for TSA Pre-ISAT testing and commissioning
Assisting with the scheduling and coordination of TSA’s contractors observation of the system and subsequent Test Readiness Review (TRR)
Coordinating/Assisting and observing TSA’s contractor during integrate Site Acceptance Testing (iSAT) which involves line testing and system testing to determine if system meets both operational and security standards
Providing on-site leadership and support for system testing & commissioning
Coordinating BHS commissioning activities
Retro-commissioning of systems previously installed and commissioned by others to verify documentation, functionality, and effectiveness of installed systems
